As you can notice from the name, this gun safe is designed to be placed in the drawer. The main reason for that is the top opening which means that you don’t have to take the safe out of the drawer to open it and grab the handgun. This Stack-On personal gun safe can store up to one handgun and magazine and it will have room for other things too. Everything inside the safe is secured from scratching because the safe comes with a foam padding.

The electronic lock on the safe keeps the intruders away because if you fail to enter the right code 3 times, the safe will lock for a few minutes. The moment you close the safe and activate the lock, two live bolts will make sure that a thief can’t unlock it that easily. Since the Stack-On digital gun safe is rather small it comes with pre-drilled holes so you can be sure it will stay in your drawer.

It comes with one removable shelf which is great because you can organize the sage with your own desires.

The door consists of the electronic lock, two live-locking bolts, and concealed hinges so you can be sure that it is an OK protection against burglars. The electronic lock comes with beeping buttons, but that is something you can mute if you want to have a completely silent gun safe. The traditional lock is hidden between the handle and the keypad and you can unlock it with a backup key if the batteries on the safe run out.

This is the 3^rd and the biggest version of the Stack-On combination gun safe which you can use in your home. It is not that small to fit it in the drawer or in the work desk, but you can easily fit it in the closet. The safe comes with 2 shelves so you can store handguns, munitions, money, documents, jewelry, and other valuable things.

You can notice that the type of the electronic lock is the same as other models so you can expect it to lock down after 3 failed attempts at entering, which is nice. The lock comes with two live-locking bolts, but they are only in the middle of the door. I would prefer if they were on the bottom and the top. You can mount the safe at the bottom if you want to be sure that the safe will stay where you have placed it.

Stack-On Quick Access Gun Safe

The Stack-On portable gun safe like this one is a great safe you can use in your home or office. The reason why it is quick access safe is the locking mechanism. It uses an electronic combination lock, but it doesn’t have a traditional keypad, it has 3 buttons one next to the other. To unlock this safe you have to enter 3-8 digit combination code and the door will pop right open.

As you can see, the safe has a side door, but they are opened from the top which means that they will drop down the moment the lock is opened. It is a great way to quickly grab the pistol you have in the safe. The buttons on the Stack-On safe have a small light so you can be sure that you have entered the right code even in a complete dark.

Stack-On Personal Fireproof Gun Safe PFS-1608

This is the first fireproof gun safe I will show you and it is not the last. This personal gun safe comes with an electronic lock that looks like the lock on other Stack-On electric gun safes. The safe is completely carpeted from the inside and it comes with 1 shelf so you can use the storage space t the maximum.

The safe uses a 3-8 PIN number for opening the lock. The lock uses batteries to function which means if the batteries end up empty, the lock will be closed. But, you can use an override key to unlock it. The fire protection lasts up to 30 minutes at 1400°F which is great for a safe that size.

Stack-On Home Security Safe SHD-SU-BG-E

This Stack-On digital safe is actually a rifle safe because it can fit up to rifles (or shotguns) and 4 handguns. The entire interior is carpeted so you can forget about scratching the guns. You can place the rifles on the racks and you can store handguns on handgun holder between the rifles. There is also one shelf above the rack, you can use to store munitions so you can have everything in one place.

The electronic lock on the safe requires you to enter the right code and if the burglars try to break it by drilling they will have a bad time because there is a drill-resistant hard plate right behind the lock. It is a small rifle safe you can store behind the door or hide in the closet which makes it a great home gun safe.

Stack-On SS-16-MB-E 16-Gun Safe

This gun safe is actually a safe with two versions. There is a Stack-On 16 gun safe combination lock and a Stack-On 16 gun electronic safe and you can choose the lock you prefer. Since the lock is the only thing that is different, I want to share with you things that are identical first. For example, the Stack-On 16 gun safe has a fully carpeted interior and although it has the room for 16 long guns, I prefer you don’t overuse it, fill it with 3-4 guns less or it will get too cramped. There is a long gun rack in the safe with one additional shelf at the top of the safe you can use to store handguns or ammunition and there are also two small storages at the door.

The electronic combination lock will lock down if you enter the wrong code 3 times and the combination lock uses 3-number code. There is a hard plate behind the lock to prevent drilling attack which is great so you can be sure that the lock will stay intact. Concealed hinges at the door will also prevent pry attacks which is a great feature.

This Stack-On 22 gun safe for sale is a great choice for people who have a large lung gun collection because it can store up to 22 rifles or shotguns although I wouldn’t use it to store that many long guns because you will end up with too cramped safe. Like every other big gun safe, this green gun Stack-On gun safe is recommended for 10% less firearm. I like the fact that it comes with a fully carpeted interior and it has 4 adjustable shelves which mean you can adjust it completely up to you. You can minimize the number of long guns inside and add shelves which mean you will create more space for documents, money, and handguns.

The 3-number combination lock will make sure that the door stays close and if you have doubts about the lock, you will be happy to know that the drill-resistant hard plate will make sure that nobody enters with drilling through the lock. The live locking bolts and concealed hinges will prevent burglars from entering so you can assume that the security level is good. Inside, it has 3 adjustable shelves so you can use this gun safe to store handguns, documents, money, cameras, and other valuable belongings.

Besides having an interesting design, this gun safe has some other features. The electronic lock is illuminated so you can easily access the safe even in the dark and there is also a battery status indicator. There aren’t many surprises with this Stack-On gun safe, but if you want to organize the safe by your desire, consider this model.

The electronic lock is the same story so if you are familiar with the Stack-On electronic combination lock you will see that it is exactly the same. This Stack-On beast has half an hour of fire protection at 1400°F which is not that impressive because the gun safes that are a few times smaller than this one have the same ratings. I know that any fire protection is better than none, but I expected more.

Another fire-resistant model I want to show you is a big Stack-On gun safe used to store up to 8 long guns inside. It has a fully carpeted interior that is filled with a long gun rack and a removable shelf at the top of the safe. The shelf is a great solution for bullets and handguns, but it is rather a small shelf so you can’t put that much stuff there.

The electronic lock on this Stack-On gun safe is the same as on the other models, but I want to focus on the fire resistant feature. The fire protection is 30 minutes at 1400°F and the door of the safe have a special seal that expands during high temperatures. That way the interior is safe from the fire, smoke, and heat.

The fire resistant series has more models and this 24 Stack-On fire resistant gun safe can store up to 24 long guns inside. The Stack-On in wall gun safe is a safe you can install inside your walls and it is made to fit between stud walls – 16” on center walls. This type of gun safe has to be small and shallow so you can’t put many firearms inside. This in-wall gun safe can store only 2 rifles or shotguns inside but if you don’t want to use it as the rifle safe you can put 3 removable shelves inside and use it as a storage space for your handguns or other valuables.

The Stack-On in wall gun safe has the electronic lock that looks and acts like other Stack-On electronic locks which means that there aren’t surprises in that area. If you enter the wrong PIN number for 3 times you will end up locked out of your safe for a certain period. The moment you lock the safe 4 locking bolts activate and they keep the safe closed. You can easily cover the safe with a mirror if you want it to stay hidden at all time.

This Stack-On in wall safe comes in two versions. You can choose the Stack-On biometric fingerprint safe or you can choose the Stack-On electronic gun safe. Both of the locks control two live locking bolts that keep the safe closed at all times so you can be sure that your belongings are safe inside.

Stack-On Total Defense 22 gun safe is a safe that can store 22-24 guns, depending on the storage system. It means that with this safe you will get 5 shelves for better use of space. This safe comes with an electronic lock that looks like the rest of the Stack-On digital safes which means it has the illuminated keypad so you can enter the PIN number even in the dark.

But, this Total Defense series has other interesting features. This particular Stack-On Total Defense 22 gun safe has fire protection up to 75 minutes at 1400°F and it is also a waterproof gun safe. It can be in 2 feet of water for 72 hours, but you have to bolt it to the floor.

The Stack-On Total Defense 40 gun safe is a safe that can store 36-40 guns and it includes 5 shelves inside to use the safe properly. This model comes in two colors; the matte black & sliver combination and the gray pebble color so you can choose which one suits you better.

The electronic combination lock is the same as the other Stack-On gun safes and it has a backup key if the electronic lock fails. It comes with a fully carpeted interior (as most of the Stack-On gun safes) and 6 shelves so you can really store a big number of guns inside. This gun safe is only for passionate gun collectors. The combination lock on the safe requires a 3-digit number which s great because you don’t need batteries with it.

The Stack-On Total Defense gun safe has 75 minutes fire protection at 1400°F temperature and it can survive 72 hours in 2 feet of standing water, but only if you bolt it down. That is a big amount of water and if the safe isn’t bolter down nobody can control what will happen.

Stack-On Total Defense Executive Gun Safe TD-040-GP-E

The Stack-On executive gun safe is similar to other Total Defense gun safes but it is a smaller version of them all. It doesn’t have room for long guns so it is more like a handgun and storage safe. It comes with fully carpeted interior and 3 adjustable shelves so you can organize it the way you want it.

The electronic lock is the basic Stack-On lock so there aren’t any surprises but, it has other interesting features. It has an impressive fire protection that lasts for 90 minutes at 1400°F. Just like other Total Defense gun safes, this one is also waterproof for 72 hours, but in 20 inches of standing water.

The Stack-On Woodland gun safes are another series from Stack-On and I will show you only a few models that are the most popular ones. The first model is the Stack-On Woodland 22-24 gun safe which has 5 shelves and a fully carpeted interior and a special door organizer with gun holsters and zippered pouches, which means that the storage is fully organized.

The electronic lock is the same as other Stack-On models which means it has illuminated keypad and low battery signal. This Stack-On Woodland safe comes with hardened steel plate located behind the lock and it has a fire protection for up to 30 minutes at 1400°F.

Stack-On Woodland 36-40 Gun Safe W-40-BH-E-S

This is a bigger model of Stack-On Woodland gun safe that can store up to 40 guns. It has the same features as the model above; it has shelves and a door organizer and the interior is fully carpeted. It really is like a bigger version of the Stack-On Woodland 22-24 gun safe.

The electronic lock has the same features so there is not much to say in that part. The fire protection is also the same, it lasts for about 30 minutes at 1400°F which is pretty good, but I always expect that the fire protection will raise as the gun safes get bigger.

Stack-On Sentinel Gun Safe & Cabinet Reviews

Stack-On Sentinel 10 Gun Cabinet GCWB-10-5-DS

As you can see it from the title, this is actually a Stack-On Sentinel gun cabinet, not a gun safe so it means that the lock is traditional key and lock. This gun cabinet can hold up to 10 rifles or shotgun in the naked interior. That means it is not carpeted or foam padded, except the bottom. There is padding in the bottom to prevent the rifles from scratching. The cabinet comes with a special rifle rack and one small shelf above the rifles.

Although it is a lock only cabinet, it has a 3-point locking system which means that the cabinet locks on 3 different places when you turn the key. That locking system will keep the door closed and the concealed hinges will keep it even more secure.

Stack-On Sentinel 14 Gun Safe FS-14-MB-E

Although Sentinel is a Stack-On series that has mostly cabinets, they have made a few gun safes too. This Stack-On Sentinel 14 gun safe is a real safe and not a cabinet like the model above. It comes with fully carpeted interior and 4 adjustable shelves so you can organize the storage space as you wish.

The Sentinel gun safe comes with an electronic lock which is the same as on the other Stack-On models on the market that come with the electronic lock. But, what makes this safe interesting is the fire protection. The Stack-On Sentinel fireproof gun safe has a fire protection for 30 minutes at 1400°F that is accomplished with the heat-expanding door seal.

Stack-On Gun Cabinet GCB-900 /GCG-900

Stack-On Pistol Cabinet is a black Stack-On gun cabinet that can store a couple of handguns, pistols, ammunition and other valuables. The cabinet comes in two colors, the green, and black color so you can choose which one suits you best. Besides that, you can adjust the storage of the cabinet too because it comes with 2 removable shelves and a foam padded bottom. It is a great cabinet for home use because it can easily fit in your closet.

The Stack-On cabinet doesn’t come with electronic lock; it comes with a traditional key and lock system. That doesn’t mean it is not safe because the locking system passes through the steel door and ends up in the steel frame of the cabinet. You can easily mount with pre-drilled holes so you can be sure it will stay in the same place.

Stack-On 8-gun Cabinet GCB-8RTA / GCB-8RTA

This is another Stack-On gun cabinet that comes in two colors – black and green. You can store up to 8 long guns in the cabinet and it comes with the additional shelf at the top of the cabinet so you can place ammo and handguns there. The interior of the black and green Stack-On gun cabinet isn’t carpeted so the long guns may get scratches on them so be careful when you are pulling them out.

The cabinet comes with two keys and it uses the traditional lock for locking up. But, that doesn’t mean it is not safe because it has the 3-point locking system which means that the lock holds the entire door, not just the middle. Although it is only a cabinet, not a gun safe this is a DOJ approved security storage.

This Stack-On gun cabinet has a pretty simple design but a good performance. It has enough space in the cabinet to store up to 10 long guns in the cabinet. The bottom of the cabinet has foam padding, but the walls are naked. There is a special long gun rack that can keep your firearms safe from scratching if you use it properly. Above the rack is a small shelf for munitions and handguns which is not as long as the cabinet because it offers an extra space for you to store bigger long guns inside.

The Stack-On 10-gun cabinet comes with a traditional lock and key with the best 3-point locking system to make sure that the door stays closed at all times. It doesn’t have the electronic lock because it is a Stack-On cabinet not a Stack-On gun safe and for a cabinet, it is made very well.

Another 10-gun cabinet is a storage locker for long guns that can store up to 10 long guns inside. The interior is pretty similar to the model above, it has a foam padded bottom and naked walls with a Stack-On patented barrel rest for long guns. There is the additional shelf at the top for handguns and ammo, but if you don’t need it you can easily remove it.

The Stack-On locking cabinet comes with the 3 point-locking system, a key, and a lock which will keep the intruders away from your firearms. This safe has a word “Sentinel” on the door, but you don’t have to get confused because it is still a Stack-On gun cabinet which is also known as the Stack-On Sentinel 10 gun cabinet.

Stack-On Tactical Gun Cabinet TC-16-GB-K-DS

The reason why this is known as the Stack-On tactical gun cabinet is that it is made to store tactical weapons inside. It has two sections inside the cabinet and one of them is for tactical weapons while the other can be for long guns. The interior is completely adjustable so you can store long guns, tactical weapons, handguns and other belongings. They managed to do that by adding removable shelves in the Stack-On tactical gun cabinet.

Since it is a cabinet it comes with a traditional lock and key so there isn’t any need for batteries in the cabinet. The key has a 3-point locking system which covers the entire door and not just the middle, which is great. It is a DOJ approved product so you don’t have to doubt its quality.

This Stack-On 18-gun security cabinet can store up to 18 long guns, but I would recommend you put a lower number inside or you will end up with a cramped gun cabinet. The reason why this gun cabinet is called the Stack-On convertible gun cabinet is that you can convert it into a storage space, not just a long gun cabinet. It comes with adjustable shelves so you can adjust the interior by your desires.

The main perk of this Stack-On gun cabinet is that it is fully adjustable and you can use it to store everything. It is a cabinet so it comes with a traditional lock and key with the 3-point locking system.
